ECOVENT Aqua Mist System (Box type) especially designed for high temperature cooking applications like pizza oven, charcoal, roasteries, tandoor atc. Aqua Mist System is made completely Stainless steel 304 / 316 Gr material, and it comprises of Primary stainless steel mesh filter for grease filtrations, and then heavy duty baffle filter, SS-316 spray nozzles and finally mist eliminator. Inspection door is provided in the enclosure for inspection and cleaning of filters. Mesh filters and spraying nozzles can be removed from the system for periodic cleaning.
